hey evreyone, i havnt been posting in a while and what better way to start than with what i have been doing the past month? well i have been doing martial arts and this is a video of some of our routines. please leave comments :D

  1. Nice form. Great for physical fitness even if it is a bit impractical to carry a sword around in public now adays.
